I cannot express enough how pleasantly surprised I was by the exceptional service at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect - even helping me with a last-minute request for a cold drink on a scorching day. the room itself was a haven of comfort and convenience, with ironing facilities readily available and a cozy heating system that kept me warm on chilly evenings. the washing machine in the bathroom was an unexpected but highly appreciated bonus, making my stay feel even more like a home away from home. the location was unbeatable, with stunning views of the river dart and easy access to all the best attractions Dartmouth has to offer. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it truly exceeded all my expectations in every way possible.
